A vibrant, non-alcoholic party drink featuring citrus, fizzy soda, and a dramatic grenadine swirl. Perfect for celebrations, kids’ parties, or festive gatherings—quick to make and always a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (8 oz) chilled ginger ale
  • 1/2 cup (4 oz) chilled lemon-lime soda (such as Sprite or 7-Up)
  • 1/4 cup (2 oz) fresh orange juice (pulp-free)
  • 1 tablespoon (0.5 oz) fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons (1 oz) grenadine syrup
  • 1 tablespoon (0.5 oz) pomegranate juice (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • 12 maraschino cherries (for garnish)
  • 1 thin orange slice (for garnish)
  • 1 lime wedge (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill tall glasses about 3/4 full with ice cubes.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup orange juice and 1 tablespoon lime juice into each glass. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Slowly add 1 cup ginger ale and 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda to each glass. Pour gently to preserve fizz.
  4. Drizzle 2 tablespoons grenadine syrup down the side of each glass. Add 1 tablespoon pomegranate juice for deeper color (optional). Let sit for a few seconds, then lightly stir if desired for a layered look.
  5. Garnish each drink with 1-2 maraschino cherries, a thin orange slice, and a lime wedge.
  6. Taste and adjust with extra lime juice or soda as preferred.
  7. Serve immediately while cold and fizzy. If making ahead, add ice and grenadine just before serving.

Notes

Chill all ingredients before assembling for best fizz. Pour grenadine slowly over the back of a spoon for dramatic swirl. Use fresh citrus for brighter flavor. For big batches, mix juices and sodas in a pitcher, then add grenadine per glass. Adjust sweetness and tartness to taste. For a low-sugar version, use diet sodas or sparkling water and reduce grenadine.
