A comforting cold brew coffee sweetened with brown sugar and cinnamon, topped with a silky oat milk foam. Perfect for cozy mornings when you want a refreshing yet warm and sweet coffee treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) cold brew coffee
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup (120 ml) oat milk, preferably barista-style
  • 1 cinnamon stick (optional, for garnish)
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your cold brew if making at home: Combine ½ cup (55 g) coarsely ground coffee with 2 cups (480 ml) cold water in a jar or cold brew maker. Stir gently, cover, and steep in the fridge for 12-18 hours. Strain through a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter.
  2. In your glass or mug, add 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Pour in 1 cup (240 ml) cold brew coffee. Stir gently until the sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Pour ½ cup (120 ml) of cold or room temperature oat milk into a frothing pitcher or small bowl. Use an electric handheld frother for about 30-45 seconds until you get a velvety foam.
  4. Stir ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract into the frothed oat milk if using.
  5. Slowly spoon the oat milk foam on top of the cinnamon brown sugar cold brew. Let it settle naturally.
  6. Garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

If you don’t have a frother, warm the oat milk gently and whisk vigorously by hand to create foam, though it won’t be as silky. Use barista blend oat milk for best foam texture. Dissolve brown sugar completely to avoid grainy texture. For a creamier cold brew, add a splash of oat milk before stirring in sugar and cinnamon. Store cold brew base without foam in the fridge up to 5 days; make fresh foam when serving.
