A simple, homemade pumpkin spice latte creamer made with five pantry staples that brings cozy fall flavors to your coffee. Creamy, lightly sweetened, and spiced just right for a comforting morning ritual.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) whole milk or milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) pure pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground pumpkin pie spice (or blend 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger, and a pinch of cloves)

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 cup (240 ml) of your chosen milk into a mixing bowl or jar.
  2. Add 1/4 cup (60 ml) of pure pumpkin puree.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of pure maple syrup.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  5. Add 1 teaspoon of ground pumpkin pie spice (or your own blend).
  6. Whisk together vigorously until smooth and fully combined, or secure the lid on the jar and shake well for about 30 seconds.
  7. Optional: Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve for an ultra-smooth texture.
  8. Pour the creamer into a sealed container and refrigerate. Shake or stir before each use.

Notes

Use pure pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling, to avoid extra sugar and spices. Shake well before each use as ingredients settle. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. For a dairy-free version, substitute milk with almond, oat, or coconut milk. Maple syrup is preferred for natural sweetness and flavor balance. Warming a small amount before adding to coffee can enhance spice flavors.
