  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 12 teaspoons honey or stevia
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Optional toppings: fresh raspberries, granola, crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk into your blender.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 2 oz of low-fat cream cheese, and 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen raspberries.

  5. Add 1/2 cup of ice cubes for a chilled texture.
