  • 34 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or cooking spray for greasing the baking dish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to reach temperature for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the chicken by shredding or dicing into bite-sized pieces (about 2 cups).
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  4. Stir in the shredded chicken and sliced green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
  6. Spread half of the tater tots evenly on the bottom of the dish.
