These easy baked sliders combine layers of turkey, ham, bacon, cheese, and fresh veggies on soft slider buns, baked to a crispy golden perfection. Perfect for quick meals, game nights, or casual get-togethers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Slider buns (small soft rolls or Hawaiian sweet rolls, e.g., King’s Hawaiian)
  • Thinly sliced turkey deli meat
  • Thinly sliced ham deli meat
  • Crispy cooked bacon strips, chopped
  • Sharp cheddar or Swiss cheese slices
  • Mayonnaise (classic or light)
  • Dijon or yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Crisp lettuce leaves
  • Ripe tomato slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and paprika. Set aside.
  3. Slice the slider buns horizontally, keeping top and bottom halves intact. Arrange bottom halves on the baking sheet.
  4. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and a dab of mustard on each bottom bun.
  5. Layer 2 slices turkey, 2 slices ham, a piece of crispy bacon, a slice of cheese, a leaf of lettuce, and a slice of tomato on each bottom bun.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns over the fillings.
  7. Brush the tops of the buns generously with the seasoned melted butter mixture.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes until buns are golden brown and cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from oven and let sliders rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

If buns are too soft, toast lightly before assembling to prevent sogginess. Watch oven closely to avoid burning. Let sliders rest after baking to allow cheese to set. For vegan or gluten-free versions, substitute ingredients accordingly.
