  • 1 1/2 cups (150g) grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Monterey Jack)
  • Optional: herbs (e.g., parsley or rosemary)
  • Optional: additional 1/4 cup (25g) grated cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, eggs, and melted butter. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir gently with a spatula until just combined.
