- 1 package (3 oz) blue raspberry flavored Jello gelatin
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup vodka
- Extras: Non-stick spray or lightly greased mold/tray
- Mini plastic cups or silicone molds for portioning
Instructions
- Prepare the red layer: Dissolve strawberry or cherry Jello powder in 1 cup boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add 1/2 cup cold water and 1/2 cup vodka, mix gently. Pour into mini cups or molds filling about one-third. Chill for about 30 minutes until firm but slightly tacky.
- Make the white layer: Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water and let bloom for 5 minutes. Heat 1 cup boiling water and mix with bloomed gelatin until dissolved. Stir in sweetened condensed milk. Add 1/2 cup vodka and mix gently. Spoon over red layer filling another one-third. Chill for 30 minutes until firm but slightly tacky.
- Prepare the blue layer: Dissolve blue raspberry Jello powder in 1 cup boiling water. Stir thoroughly. Add 1/2 cup cold water and 1/2 cup vodka, mix gently. Pour over white layer to fill cups to the top. Chill for at least 2 hours until fully set.
- Serve chilled directly in cups or pop out onto a platter if using silicone molds.
Notes
Chill each layer until firm but still slightly tacky to ensure layers stick well without mixing colors. Pour layers slowly over the back of a spoon to avoid breaking previous layers.
