Instructions

  1. Wash all fruit thoroughly. Hull and slice strawberries into halves or quarters depending on size. Peel kiwis and chop into bite-sized cubes. Halve the seedless grapes. Place all prepared fruit into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice and 2 tablespoons of pure honey until honey dissolves. Optionally strain lime juice through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother dressing.
