A quick and easy iced protein coffee made with cold brew, Fairlife milk, and collagen peptides for a creamy, energizing drink that supports skin and joint health.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (8 fl oz) cold brew coffee
  • ½ cup (4 fl oz) Fairlife milk (whole milk recommended)
  • 1 scoop (about 10 grams) unflavored collagen peptides
  • Ice cubes (enough to fill your glass)
  • 12 teaspoons honey, maple syrup, or preferred sweetener (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare cold brew coffee if making your own by steeping coarsely ground coffee in cold water (1:4 ratio) for 12-24 hours in the fridge, then strain.
  2. Fill a glass or tall mug with enough ice cubes to chill the drink but leave room for milk and coffee.
  3. Pour 1 cup (8 fl oz) of cold brew coffee over the ice.
  4. In a separate small cup, combine 1 scoop (about 10 grams) of unflavored collagen peptides with ½ cup (4 fl oz) of Fairlife milk. Stir or whisk vigorously until the collagen dissolves completely and the mixture is smooth.
  5. Slowly pour the collagen-Fairlife milk mixture into the glass with cold brew and ice. Stir gently to blend.
  6. If desired, add 1-2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup and ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract. Stir until dissolved.
  7. Taste and adjust sweetness or milk amount as preferred.

Notes

Pre-mixing collagen peptides with milk before adding to coffee helps avoid clumps. Use just enough ice to chill without diluting. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge up to 24 hours; do not reheat. Customize with dairy-free milk or protein powders as desired.
