Ingredients

  • Large mushroom caps (Baby Bella or white button mushrooms)

  • Prosciutto slices
  • Panko breadcrumbs

  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel to remove dirt. Remove the stems and set them aside. You can chop the stems finely and add them to the filling for extra flavor.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, minced garlic, and a pinch of black pepper. If desired, stir in the finely chopped mushroom stems for added texture.
  4. Using a teaspoon, stuff each mushroom cap generously with the Boursin mixture.
