Transform your Thanksgiving leftovers into crispy, golden stuffing waffles paired with savory turkey gravy syrup for a fun and delicious meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups leftover stuffing (room temperature)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup chicken or turkey broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • 1 1/2 cups leftover turkey gravy
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cranberry sauce (optional)
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the leftover stuffing, eggs, chicken or turkey broth, and Parmesan cheese (if using). Mix until the ingredients are well combined. Add more broth if the mixture is too dry.
  2. Preheat the waffle iron and spray the plates generously with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Scoop about 1/2 cup of the stuffing mixture onto the center of the waffle iron. Close the lid and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the waffle is golden brown and crispy. Remove the waffle with a spatula and place it on a wire rack to cool slightly.
  4. In a small saucepan, whisk together the leftover turkey gravy, maple syrup, and black pepper. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until warm and smooth. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Plate the stuffing waffles and drizzle generously with the turkey gravy syrup. Add optional toppings like cranberry sauce or fresh parsley. Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

[‘Use room-temperature stuffing for easier mixing.’, ‘Don’t skip the non-stick spray to prevent sticking.’, ‘Customize the gravy syrup by reducing maple syrup or adding soy sauce for a savory twist.’, ‘Prepare the stuffing mixture the night before for convenience.’, ‘Waffles are done when golden brown and crispy on the edges.’]
