  • 1 cup no-melt dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop 1 cup roasted almonds and 1 cup cashews into bite-sized pieces with varied shapes. Optionally, toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes for deeper flavor, then let cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped nuts, 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, 1/2 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and 1/2 cup dried cranberries. Stir gently to mix evenly.
  3. Fold in 1 cup no-melt dark chocolate chips carefully to keep them whole and maintain their shape.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch (about 1/4 tsp) of sea salt over the mix and toss lightly to balance flavors.
  5. If desired, add 1 tsp chia seeds or a dash of cinnamon or vanilla extract for extra nutrition and warmth.
