A simple, bright, and refreshing summer punch combining tart lemonade, sweet blue raspberry syrup, and smooth vodka, perfect for backyard gatherings and parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (480 ml) vodka
  • 4 cups (960 ml) chilled lemonade
  • 1 cup (240 ml) blue raspberry syrup
  • 2 cups (480 ml) club soda or sparkling water
  • Thinly sliced lemon slices for garnish
  • A handful of fresh blueberries for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Chill vodka, lemonade, and club soda in the fridge for about 1 hour before preparing.
  2. Thinly slice 1-2 lemons into rounds and rinse a handful of fresh blueberries; set aside for garnish.
  3. In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine 2 cups vodka with 4 cups lemonade and stir gently.
  4. Add 1 cup blue raspberry syrup and stir until fully incorporated and color is uniform.
  5. Slowly pour in 2 cups club soda or sparkling water and stir gently to maintain carbonation.
  6. Fill the punch bowl halfway with ice cubes, then float lemon slices and blueberries on top; add more ice if desired.
  7. Taste the punch and adjust sweetness or strength by adding more lemonade, club soda, or a squeeze of fresh lemon juice as needed.
  8. Serve immediately in tall glasses or mason jars, garnished with lemon slices and blueberries, adding extra ice cubes if desired.

Notes

Chill all liquids before mixing to avoid watering down the punch. Stir club soda gently to keep carbonation. Adjust sweetness by varying syrup or adding fresh lemon juice. Prepare base mixture up to 24 hours ahead and add club soda, ice, and fruit just before serving. Frozen blueberries can be used as ice cubes to keep punch cold without dilution.
