A bright, fizzy green Halloween punch featuring lime sherbet that creates a creamy, refreshing, and crowd-pleasing party drink perfect for both kids and adults.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 quart (4 cups) lime sherbet
  • 2 liters (67.6 fl oz) lemon-lime soda
  • 2 cups (16 fl oz) orange juice
  • 1 cup (8 fl oz) pineapple juice
  • Green food coloring (optional, a few drops)
  • Gummy worms or Halloween-themed candy for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Chill the lemon-lime soda, orange juice, and pineapple juice in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  2. Place about 4-5 generous scoops (roughly 2 cups) of lime sherbet into a large punch bowl.
  3. Pour the orange juice and pineapple juice over the sherbet and gently stir a few times to combine.
  4. Slowly pour in the lemon-lime soda, stirring gently until the sherbet starts melting and creates a creamy, fizzy texture.
  5. Add a few drops of green food coloring if a more vivid green color is desired and stir gently.
  6. Add ice cubes to keep the punch cold and float gummy worms or other spooky candies on top for garnish.
  7. Serve immediately, ladling into glasses with some sherbet and fizz. Replenish sherbet and soda as needed during the party.

Notes

Use cold ingredients to slow sherbet melting and keep punch refreshing. Pour soda slowly to preserve fizz. Use high-quality lime sherbet for best flavor and texture. Garnish creatively with gummy worms or edible eyeballs. For a dairy-free option, substitute lime sherbet with vegan lime sorbet. For an adult version, add 1-2 cups of vodka or rum to taste.
