  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and pat dry the cilantro. Mince the garlic and zest your lime.
  2. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cilantro leaves, lime juice, lime zest, minced garlic, and salt in a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
